Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and systems
- Train end-users on new technology implementations
- Document technical procedures and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (Windows OS, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in various environments
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Must complete 12-week paid training program
