Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal staff.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and report potential security threats.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
