Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software for internal and external clients.
- Triage and resolve incoming IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with company security policies.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to document technical processes and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
