Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow with SLA adherence
- Document solutions in knowledge base for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex network/infrastructure projects
- Support cybersecurity protocols and access management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service aptitude
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 20lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid NC driver's license for occasional on-site visits
