Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate ticket records in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex system issues
- Conduct routine system updates and security patches
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
