Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for employees via phone, email, and in-person support
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and troubleshooting processes
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Provide training and guidance on software applications and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with network fundamentals and troubleshooting concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license may be required for site visits
