Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers and switches
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to 50+ employees daily
- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and system configurations
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backup operations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and migrations
- Train staff on new software and productivity tools
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, VPNs, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and ticketing systems
