Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist end-users with network connectivity, printer configuration, and account access.
- Log and track IT support tickets in our ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update computer inventory and hardware assets.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement and test new technical solutions.
- Ensure all software licenses and security protocols are current and compliant.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
