Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues (printers, laptops, email, VPN).
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of all help desk tickets and incidents in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve workflow and user satisfaction.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and web browsers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work occasional on-site at client locations.
