Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist employees with computer setup, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Learn and operate internal communication and project management tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and IT equipment inventory.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating operating systems).
- Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
