Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and processes in the Service Desk ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates across the organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace and inventory of equipment.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to ensure system reliability and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, storage) and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and complete training programs.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Las Vegas valley.
