Responsibilities
- Participate in immersive 8-week paid training covering IT infrastructure and security protocols
- Assist senior technicians with hardware/software installations and troubleshooting
- Monitor network systems using industry-standard monitoring tools
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Provide basic end-user support via ticketing systems
- Contribute to system maintenance schedules and preventive measures
- Shadow cybersecurity operations and threat response protocols
Qualifications
