Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs and screening resumes.
- Coordinate new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system accurately and confidentially.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and data entry.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the HR field.
