Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs on various platforms and screening resumes for alignment with company needs.
- Support new employee onboarding, orientation, and the completion of necessary employment paperwork.
- Manage employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment periods, and HR policy communications.
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and departmental meetings.
- Prepare monthly reports and maintain organized HR filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new HR software and processes.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
