Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for candidates in the Atlanta area.
- Onboarding Coordinator: Welcome new hires, prepare onboarding packets, and facilitate orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR information.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, attendance records, and HR databases using HRIS systems.
- Benefits Administration: Support the HR team with open enrollment periods, answering questions regarding health insurance, and processing leave requests.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company-wide events, team-building activities, and training workshops.
- Policy Updates: Help research and draft updates to employee handbooks and internal HR policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity: High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.
