Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and providing necessary paperwork and orientation.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in our HRIS database, ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulations.
- Payroll Support: Assist with the payroll processing cycle, including time tracking verification and resolving discrepancies.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates, providing a welcoming and professional candidate experience.
- HR Events: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, including team building events, workshops, and recognition programs.
- Policy Administration: Assist in communicating company policies and procedures to employees and answering general HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service and active listening.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and integrity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Attitude: Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment.
