Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ departments including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to enhance new hire integration and retention
- Assist with HR compliance documentation including I-9 verification and personnel file maintenance
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives including recognition programs and pulse surveys
- Support HRIS data management and generate weekly recruitment analytics reports
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop talent pipelines
- Facilitate new hire orientations and conduct benefits enrollment sessions
- Assist in resolving employee relations inquiries with guidance from senior HR staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations (FLSA, EEOC)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact with all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage confidential information discreetly
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for occasional site visits
- SHRM-CP certification or willingness to pursue within first 6 months
