Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records in HRIS systems
- Administer benefits enrollment and address employee benefits inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations (FLSA, EEO, etc.)
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement programs and training coordination
- Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and termination paperwork
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis for workforce metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR experience or relevant internship/co-op experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
