Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using multiple recruitment channels
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interview schedules
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate records
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Support HR compliance initiatives including I-9 verification and background checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department staffing needs
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (ATS experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
