Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Screening: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including resume screening, phone interviews, and coordinating in-person meetings.
- Candidate Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing exceptional communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and orientations are completed efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases using modern HRIS systems.
- Administrative Support: Schedule interviews, coordinate meetings, and assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Policy Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for helping others succeed.
