Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Support the HR department by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate visits, and screening resumes.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll data and benefit administration processes.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events.
- Answer general HR inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner.
- Help develop and distribute internal HR communications and policy updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in an office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
