Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Assist with onboarding programs to ensure seamless new hire integration
- Manage employee records and HR documentation using HRIS systems
- Contribute to HR compliance initiatives including policy updates and regulatory filings
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs
- Assist in preparing HR analytics reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate benefits administration and employee inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations (EEOC, FLSA)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
- Valid Georgia driver's license (required for occasional client visits)
