Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage employee files and documentation with strict confidentiality
- Support benefits administration and employee wellness programs
- Assist with training coordination and HR analytics reporting
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong knowledge of EEO, FMLA, and HR compliance regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage confidential information
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license required for client visits
