Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases
- Administer benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
- Coordinate HR compliance documentation (I-9s, performance reviews)
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events
- Support HR analytics and reporting needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or relevant experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Knowledge of Minnesota employment laws preferred
- Proactive problem-solving approach
