Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless integration experience
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development workshops
- Administer benefits enrollment and serve as first point of contact for employee benefits inquiries
- Support HR compliance initiatives including I-9 verification and personnel file maintenance
- Assist in organizing company culture events and employee engagement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
