Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions using ATS systems
- Onboard new hires and manage pre-boarding documentation
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
- Support compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR or recruiting experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FMLA)
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
