Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using ATS platforms and job boards
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews for entry-level positions
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiations
- Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation preparation
- Maintain accurate HR records in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Support employee relations initiatives and training programs
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of HR or recruitment experience (internships welcome)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Detail-oriented with high level of confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
