Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using job boards and networking
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interview schedules
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records in our applicant tracking system
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve basic inquiries
- Participate in recruitment events and employer branding activities
- Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR/recruitment internship or experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
