Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes including paperwork completion and orientation coordination
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events
- Process employee data changes and assist with HR administrative tasks
- Support employee relations inquiries and maintain confidential records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR or recruitment experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, or similar preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
