Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system and personnel files
- Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives
- Administer benefits enrollment and address employee benefits inquiries
- Support HR compliance initiatives including policy updates and documentation
- Assist with employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
- Basic understanding of HR regulations (EEO, FMLA, etc.)
