Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and optimize job descriptions for SEO
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Support HR compliance initiatives and maintain accurate personnel records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide weekly progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR or recruitment experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)

- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
