Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system
- Coordinate new hire orientation and training programs
- Support HR compliance initiatives including EEOC documentation
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events and programs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional off-site recruitment events)
