Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and pipeline maintenance
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Collaborate with HR team on recruitment analytics and reporting
- Support employer branding initiatives across digital platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment regulations (EEO, ADA)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
