Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate candidate scheduling with hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate documentation
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires including paperwork preparation
- Support HR compliance initiatives including I-9 verification and background checks
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and position requirements
- Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
