Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and candidates
- Facilitate new hire onboarding process and documentation
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for diverse roles
- Collaborate with HR team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR experience (internships welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional off-site recruitment events
