Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure candidate documentation compliance
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting positions across multiple channels
- Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Collaborate with HR team to optimize recruitment metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability
