Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS system with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide exceptional candidate experiences
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental talent needs
- Assist with onboarding logistics and new hire paperwork
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives across digital platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR experience (internships welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
