Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication
- Post job descriptions across multiple platforms and optimize job ads
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire paperwork
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental talent needs
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 0-2 years of HR/recruitment experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
