Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment campaigns
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental talent needs
- Participate in recruitment process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ATS knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
