Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system data
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement programs and compliance audits
- Generate recruitment reports and analytics to inform hiring strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR/recruitment experience, internships welcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team mentality
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional off-site recruitment events
