Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles using ATS platforms
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide exceptional candidate experiences
- Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment programs
- Support HR operations including onboarding and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability
