Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews and assess cultural fit
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate pipelines
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire orientation
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement surveys and training programs
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly status reports
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR/recruiting experience or internship
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
