Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse roles across multiple industries
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and maintain accurate candidate records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify process improvements and optimize hiring efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment, HR coordination, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional off-site recruitment events)
- Knowledge of EEOC guidelines and fair hiring practices
