Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using LinkedIn, Indeed, and our ATS
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment funnel
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly status reports
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fair events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
