Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates via LinkedIn/Glassdoor, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing offer logistics
  • Onboard new hires with customized orientation plans, including benefits enrollment and equipment setup
  • Administer employee records in Workday, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA)
  • Coordinate employee relations initiatives: exit interviews, performance documentation, and conflict resolution support
  • Assist with HR analytics: compiling turnover reports, engagement survey data, and compensation benchmarking
  • Manage HR operations: benefits enrollment, time-off requests, and maintenance of employee handbooks
  • Support DEI initiatives: track diversity metrics, organize ERGs, and implement inclusive hiring practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years HR internship or administrative experience with recruitment/onboarding exposure
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
