Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Onboarding: Design and implement engaging onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company-wide events, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and annual recognition ceremonies.
- Policy Administration: Help distribute and interpret employee handbooks and policy updates to ensure clarity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Integrity: Discreet and professional when handling sensitive employee information.
