Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain HRIS databases with accurate employee records and documentation
- Coordinate benefits administration and employee inquiries regarding health/wellness programs
- Assist in HR compliance tasks including I-9 verification and record maintenance
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws
- Proactive problem-solving and collaborative mindset
