Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the HR team with payroll processing, data entry, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate internal company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Answer inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the administration of performance reviews and talent development programs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
