Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed and orientation materials are distributed.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases using our HRIS system.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, wellness events, and company socials.
- Compliance: Support the compliance team in maintaining knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
- Administrative Support: Prepare payroll reports and assist with benefits administration tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
