Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate interviews.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new employee orientations, prepare onboarding packets, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Employee Relations: Answer incoming inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Event Coordination: Support the HR team with scheduling interviews and organizing company-wide events and team-building activities.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive personnel files and maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organization: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
